Carson Crawford, NASM CPT
Strength Coach

I am a full-time competitive fighter and personal trainer with a background in yoga— teaching yoga since my certification through Yoga Alliance in 2014. I began my boxing career in 2017, when I had my first fight. In May of 2023, I came in 2nd Place at National Golden Gloves, which qualified me to go to the US Olympic Trials for Boxing this coming December. I began my career as a personal trainer and a boxing coach in 2019. I also have a background as a breath-work coach. If I could put my coaching philosophy into one sentence: “to help clients learn to love their body with all of its potential.” Our bodies have so much potential to be strong, to be powerful, to be fluid and flexible, and to carry us through everything we do in life. My goal is always to help clients find that in themselves.
